pis  (The unknown chatter)

S/he only visited #A once, but the effects of that visit have been long-lasting.  Pis never said a word, but the mere presence of such an eloquent silence touched us all deeply.  Hail pis!  wherever you are.  You are never forgotten in #A.  Your name had become both a byword for the gentle art of non-chat and a lament for opportunities missed.  From The Wizdom of Pis. . ."Better to be silent and thought a fool than to speak and confirm it."
