Participle Exercise

HINT:  The present participle (ing ending) shows an ongoing  condition or feeling and describes the person or thing that causes the reaction.  (A frightening movie.  The movie causes the fright.)  Use the past participle (-ed, -en, -d, -t, or –n) to describe the receiver of a feeling or condition or shows completion.  (A frightened child.  The child received the fright from something.)  Choose your word, then check the answer.  The base form of the word is given.
