From the minute she enters the room she sparkles, with  her humour, knowledge, consideration for others and her ability to make people feel at home. She is Dixen's loyal apprentice even daring to follow in her footsteps with an updated version of Lottie. She is the current room record holder for moofs, averaging  10 per night. She is presently studying Brit customs and is fluent in geordie. And overall a real luv.
